The Abel Tasman region is not only renowned for its walking tracks and spectacular beaches, its vineyards and wines but also for its arts and crafts. Whatever you'd like to try your hand at, I'm sure you'll find something to do here.
32 Wallace Street, Motueka, Tasman / Nelson
Join us for a special celebration as we launch 'Patchwork Bear Helps Thomas' with local children's author Carol Duffy and talented illustrator Aislinn Peters.
Come along for a fun and inspiring event where you'll hear the story behind this wonderful book, from the first ideas to the beautiful illustrations that bring it to life. Carol and Aislinn will share their creative journey and explain how the dyslexia-friendly font makes reading more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Perfect for young readers aged 6-9 (and anyone who loves a great story!), this is a lovely opportunity to meet the creators, ask questions, and celebrate local storytelling.
Books will be available to purchase for $15 each (cash only) - the perfect addition to your home library or a thoughtful gift.
We'd love to see you there!
