Brook Waimarama Sanctuary, 600 Brook St, Nelson, Tasman
These guided walks are part of conservation week. They are by reservation only: please email ve@brooksanctuary.org to book a place.
There are two walks to choose from:
An easy one-hour guided walk around the valley floor of the Sanctuary including details of the wildlife and history of this beautiful valley that used to be the water catchment for Nelson. Cost $8 per adult, children $3.
A three-hour guided tramp along our network of tracks to parts of the Sanctuary that visitors do not normally have access to. Cost $15 per adult, children (over 5) $5.
